What is your processing time at the moment?
Processing time at the moment is 1-2 business days. Our distribution center is taking all precautionary measures to ensure all safety and cleanliness regulations are being met as we strive to offer you a comfortable and confident shopping experience.

Will I Need to sign for my package?
Due to the current circumstances, carriers are not required to receive a signature from the recipient. We ask that you keep track of your delivery with a tracking number that is emailed to you to avoid any missing packages.
I need to return an item that is eligible for a refund, What do I do?
Returns can be made on unopened makeup products only. Due to sanitary reason we are unable to accept any opened or used products. For a refund, simply email us at info@glamorouschickscosmetics.com.
Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are vegan. All our matte liquid lipstick products are vegan. All our products are cruelty free.
Is Glamorous Chicks Cruelty Free?
Our entire product line is Cruelty Free. We do NOT test on animals.
Some lip products, brushes and lashes are Vegan, Gluten Free and Paraben Free.
When will you be restocking the items that are sold out?
Sign up for our newsletter to be notified about restocks and new products.
We do also announce via social media pages; Instagram & Facebook.
Why is there a purchase limit of two?
There is a maximum purchasing limit of quantity 2 per every item. This is done to be fair and everyone can enjoy our products. However, for our higher dollar amount orders you can purchase more than 2 products. Just add the quantity to your cart and your order will process.
Why does my product look different than the photos online?
The images on our website represent our colors as close as possible, however the actual color may appear different on everyone. The results of our colors may vary because they are dependent on a number of factors, including: monitor resolution and color settings, camera settings, lighting, skin tone, etc.
Does Glamorous Chicks offer a PRO discount?
We currently do not offer a PRO discount. However, please join our email list to receive discounts as we frequently email discounts. Additionally we do offer wholesale - email info@glamorouschickscosmetics.com for any wholesale order requests.

Will I get an order confirmation?
When an order has been placed successfully, an email order confirmation will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our customer service department to confirm the order.
How will my order be shipped?
We offer shipping services with United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. For international orders, our carrier will release the package to your country’s postal service for delivery.
Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping.

Does Glamorous Chicks Cosmetics ship internationally?
Yes, GLAMOROUS CHICKS COSMETICS offers international shipping to all countries that the US postal Service can ship to. All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout.

My order is over $60 USD but I am not receiving free shipping, why?
Unfortunately we only do free shipping for US orders only.
Estimated transit times for U.S. orders:
First Class Mail: 7-14 Business Days.
Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days.
Priority Express Mail: 1-2 Business Days.
FedEx 2 Day: 1-2 Business Days.

First Class Mail: Varies per Country’s customs.
Priority Mail: 6-10 Business Days.
Priority Express Mail: 3-5 Business Days.
My order is being shipped internationally, why hasn't the tracking updated?
First Class International service is non-traceable. Once it leaves our facility, it is no longer required to populate tracking. At the very most, it will populate until it reaches the destination country. This is why you will not see any updates.
How do I know my order has been shipped and how can I track my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order is being processed, you will be sent an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to track your order within 24 hours.
Due to high demand during new launches, orders may be delayed 4-5 business days. Thank you for your patience.

*Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or delayed shipments. Customers will need to open a case with USPS to open an investigation.
Why was my order shipped signature required?
If an order is over $100, Glamorous Chicks Cosmetics may elect to ship the order with signature required. This is solely at Glamorous Chicks Cosmetics discretion and done to protect the buyer's purchase.
My package was marked as delivered, but I have not received my package.
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be updated in advance and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
We're sorry to hear that the item(s) from your order weren’t right for you.
We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for you. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.
You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition to be accepted.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
* Makeup
* Gift cards
* Personalized items
You can choose to receive store credit for your return, or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
