I ordered this lipstick and was sent the wrong color. I tried reaching out to the company on four different occasions but they never responded to me. The lipstick is supposed to be a dark plum color and what I received was a red lip color. The lipstick was open when I received it on top of being the incorrect color. Ive ordered this color in the past so I know what it is suppose to look like. Very unhappy and upset customer.
