So far I have loved every lip color that I’ve purchased. Unfortunately, the ordering process is not so great. Previously I didn’t receive an order and this last time it took more than a month to receive my order and that was after trying to contact them through several of their listed contact ways, that were returned as undeliverable. I finally sent a msg through Instagram and then it was fulfilled. So, A+ product but the service department is lacking.
