Upon receiving the above mentioned order, I immediately noticed the product was NOT what I had ordered. I ordered the “Holiday Red” and received “Boss Lady Red” (which is brighter than the shade I ordered - also a repeat order). I immediately emailed the provided address to no avail. The messages have been returned for the past two weeks. I have also DM’d via IG and TikTok for assistance returning the incorrect, unopened, unused product and receive the product I ordered and was expecting. Any assistance for this repeat customer you can offer is greatly appreciated. Original email chain, error messages received and social media posts / inquiries available upon request.
